22 May 2017 – The seventieth session of WHO’s decision-making body, the World Health Assembly, takes place on 22–31 May in Geneva, Switzerland. Attended by delegations from all Member States, the Health Assembly determines organizational policies and approves the proposed programme budget. This year Member States will elect a new Director-General on 23 May.

Hot on the heels of the 3rd May list is a new list published on 19 May 2017 to be found at http://www.who.int/ihr/ports_airports/ihr_authorized_ports_list.pdf?ua=1
Summarised Changes from both lists:
Canada - 2 new ports added
Oman - Port of Duqm added and all ports have dropped the prefix "Mina"
Ghana - new country listing and 2 new ports
Denmark - Tórshavn (Faroe Islands) added
Côte d’Ivoire /Ivory Coast - 2 ports added
