WHO (2018) Global Nutrition Policy Review. Country progress in creating enabling policy environments for promoting healthy diets and nutrition
The Global Nutrition Policy Review 2016–2017 is the report of the second comprehensive analysis of nutrition-related policy environment, coordination mechanisms, available capacities and actions being taken in 176 Member States (91%) and one area which responded to the survey carried out between July 2016 and December 2017.
Simulated meat products, simulated poultry meat products, meat product extenders and poultry product extenders must be fortified with thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine, d-pantothenic acid, folic acid, vitamin B12, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, copper, amino acids - histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine. Products simulating whole egg must be fortifed with vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin or niacinamide, vitamin B6, d-pantothenic acid, folic acid, vitamin B12, alpha-tocopherol, calcium, iron, zinc, potassium.
