Mandate: 

Mandated to monitor compliance with national legislative or other appropriate measure. Monitoring in: health facilities, media, retail shops, pharmacies, other (wholesalers).

Notes: 

Monitoring has been conducted since 2008. It is conducted reactively after complaints as well as proactively based on the Annual Sampling Program. The last monitoring exercise reported to WHO in 2014 took place in 2014 in the location of Attika (Greece). Monitoring is done in retail shops.
