Monitoring has been conducted since 2008. It is conducted approx. twice a year. Monitoring frequency is determined by risk bases and depends on production capacity, general hygiene etc. . The last monitoring exercise in Estonia reported to WHO in 2014 took place in October 2015. Monitoring is done in food business operator company. Report has been published.
