WHO (2013) Global Nutrition Policy Review. What does it take to scale up nutrition action?

The Global nutrition policy review is based on a questionnaire survey conducted during 2009–2010, in which 119 WHO Member States and 4 territories participated.

Implementation details : 

Provision of milk was reported during the WHO Global Nutrition Policy Review (GNPR) 2009-2010. Free school milk programme for I-IV grades since 2002; for I-IV and V-XII grades since 2004 (financed by the Ministry of Agriculture of Estonia) The reimbursement scheme is developed on national level but it's free for schools to join the system.
