The Global database on the Implementation of Nutrition Action (GINA) is an interactive platform for sharing standardized information on nutrition policies and actions, i.e. what are the commitments made and who is doing what, where, when, why and how (including lessons learnt)…. More about GINA

The WHO Regional views filter at the bottom of this page helps to view the data in GINA for a specific WHO region.

As internet browsers for GINA we recommend: Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer 9.

Work in progress and future developments: WHO is currently undertaking the 2nd Global Nutrition Policy Review in 2016-2017 in order to compile updated information on countries’ progress in implementing actions to achieve the Global Nutrition Targets 2025 adopted by the 65th World Health Assembly (WHA) in 2012 as well as by the 2nd International Conference on Nutrition (ICN2) in 2014.
