Sample survey data [ssd] A multi-stage cluster sampling design was used to produce representative data for that age range in Cook Islands. Please refer to page 19-20 of report for further information. Face-to-face [f2f] Accutrend GCT and Advantage Complete were used for biochemical measurements. The response rate was 90%. NCD Surveillance Team The data is being distributed without warranty of any kind. The responsibility for the use of the data lies with the user.
