Pursuant to decisions FCTC/MOP1(9) and FCTC/MOP2(7), the Convention Secretariat has developed the following:

1. a database of institutions and their contact persons that can provide Parties, upon request, with technical and legal advice and facilitate exchanges of information on the implementation of the Protocol;
2. a database to maintain updated lists of competent authorities or contact points for customs (for mutual administrative assistance); and
3. a database to maintain updated lists of central authorities (for mutual legal assistance).
