This online form is for accessing the draft WHO Integrated food profiling model and, if desired, submitting comments as part of the online consultation.
Anyone may access and download the draft document.
If you wish to submit comments, a completed and signed DOI form must accompany your submission. Comments not accompanied by a completed and signed DOI form will not be considered. If you submit comments, you agree to your name, organization/affiliation and comments in full being posted on the WHO website.
After entering your details, you will be able to access the draft WHO Integrated food profiling model.
In case you are submitting comments, you will be asked to download, complete and sign the DOI form.
All comments must be received by 23:59 (CEST) on Friday, 27 November 2026.

Note on filling in the online form:
The online form is divided into several sections. After completing a section, click on the 'Next' button to navigate to the next section. You can return to earlier questions by clicking on the 'Previous' button at the bottom of any page. Please do not use the back or forward buttons on your internet browser, as this may reset the online form.
If you would like to save your progress and return to the form later, click on the 'Resume later' button at the bottom left of the page. You will be prompted to provide a name, password and email address. If you provide an email address, your selected name and password will be emailed to you together with a link to return to the consultation. Please save this login information, as lost usernames and/or passwords cannot be retrieved.
To resume a saved form, use the link provided in the email you receive when saving your progress. If prompted, enter your login information and click on the 'Load unfinished survey' button. To restart and clear all information entered into the form, click on the 'Exit and clear survey' button.
