Dear Colleagues,
WHO is seeking approximately 20 individuals for each of three new versions of WHO clinical guidelines. These individuals would form the Guideline Development Groups (GDGs) which formulate recommendations on the basis of evidence presented to them.
Each of the three clinical areas (sepsis, diphtheria, viral respiratory disease) will represent an independent WHO process and publication. Each will contain “living recommendations”, that is those which are under continual review for relevance.
Please note that we are looking for individuals who collectively represent a broad range of geographical focus, skills and experience. This includes people with lived experience of the diseases (patients) in addition to clinical, ethics and health system experts.
The deadline for submissions of interest is Monday 19 October 2026 23:59 Geneva time (CET).
