This form is to request access to the SharePoint folder for downloading the weekly ICTRP data files. Identified institutions will be subject to a yearly fee based on their type and size. 

Please note that this form is not for individual requests; only forms submitted on behalf of institutions will be considered. Searching the ICTRP Search Portal (link) is free and downloading the search results from the Search Portal is also free and recommended for individual users.
