The World Health Organization is pleased to announce the next offering of the WHO Barcelona Course on Health Financing for Universal Health Coverage to be held from 20-24 October 2025 in Barcelona, Spain. This week-long intensive training program is offered by the WHO Barcelona Office for Health Systems Financing, part of the Division of Country Health Policies and Systems of the WHO Regional Office for Europe.
Your application will be considered by a Course Selection Committee. Your submission will be reviewed to assess the relevance of the course to your current job functions, your participation in relevant previous training and other criteria. Participation of country teams representing different policy perspectives e.g. health and finance is encouraged.
The number of places on the course is limited, and hence not all applicants can be guaranteed a place.
