How to submit a comment
The form is divided into two sections. After completing the first section click on the 'Next' button to navigate to the second section. You can also go back to the first section in the form by clicking on the 'Previous' button at the bottom of the page. Do not use the back or forward buttons on your internet browser as this may reset the entire form.
If you would like to save your progress at any point during the process, you may do so by clicking on the 'Resume later' button at the bottom left of the page and you will be prompted to provide a name, password and email address. If you provide an email address, your selected name and password will be emailed to you along with the link to return to the consultation. Please save the login information as we are not able to retrieve lost user names and/or passwords.
To resume completion of a saved form, return to the consultation page via the link provided in the email you will receive when saving your progress. If prompted, fill in the required login information and click on the 'Load unfinished survey' button. To restart and/or clear all of the information you've entered into the form, click on the 'Exit and clear survey' button.

You will receive confirmation that your input was received after clicking on the 'Submit' button at the end of the process.
