    The World Hearing Forum invites applications from stakeholders working in the domain of public health with an interest in ear and hearing care.

    Before submitting an application to become a member of the World Hearing Forum, please read the criteria, responsibilities and benefits of the membership.

    Have the following documents in English ready to upload:

    • By-laws / constitution
    • Certificate of establishment
    • Sources of funding (list of donors and sponsors)
    • List of names of members of the decision-making body (Board)
    • Report of activities in the public health domain for the last two years, specifying any actions taken in the field of ear and hearing care (e.g. annual report).
