Confirming adherence to WHO policies, including provisions related to visual identity use and engagement with non-State actors (for non-State entities only, confirming adherence to WHO Framework of Engagement with Non-State Actors (FENSA), with a declaration that the entity is neither part of nor supports the interests of the tobacco or arms industries).
3. Outlining the entity’s intended contributions to the global movement, organized by collaboration area, with an opportunity to specify proposed activities and areas of engagement.
4. Signing the declaration to confirm the entity’s commitment and providing the necessary information for registration via this form.
