This toolkit aims to support clinical laboratories by providing standardized, practical and easy-to-follow procedures for the diagnosis of bacterial and yeast infections and the performance of antimicrobial susceptibility testing, with particular relevance for laboratories in low- and middle-income countries.
- WHO welcomes feedback on the overall structure, clarity, presentation and scope of the toolkit, as well as specific comments on individual standard operating procedures (SOPs) and bench reference guides, including suggestions for edits, identification of missing information or inconsistencies. No fields are mandatory.
