Global Survey on the Lived Experience of People Affected by Cancer

Thank you for your interest in participating in this WHO survey about the lived experience of people who have been affected by cancer. This includes people living with cancer and those who have completed cancer treatment, their family members and caregivers, as well as the family members and caregivers of people who have died from cancer. All participants need to be 18 years or older.

This survey is anonymous. We ask you to take this survey once only. You can choose to take this survey based on your own cancer experience or your experience as a family member or loved one of someone with cancer. Family members or loved ones can include immediate relatives or people that you live with or care for. We will refer to any family members or loved ones in this survey as “family members”.

The survey will take about 30 minutes to complete. You may pause, save your responses, and resume later. Please remember to click submit at the end.
