Guinea signed the IHP+ Global Compact in May 2012 at the World Health Assembly. Guinea participated in the 5th IHP+ monitoring round which tracked progress on the implementation of eight practices for effective development cooperation (EDC) IHP+ membership was transferred to UHC2030 in 2016.
