Cote D'Ivoire signed the Global Compact at the World Health Assembly in May 2012. A country compact was developed in 2017. Cote d'Ivoire participated in the 5th IHP+ monitoring round which tracked progress on the implementation of eight practices for effective development cooperation (EDC). IHP+ Membership was transferred to UHC2030 in 2016.
