As part of the educational and cultural activities organized by the Sharjah Social Services Department, Moza Mohammed Al-Dhahmani<\/span><\/strong>, a participant in the Knowledge is Light<\/em> program \u2014 an adult literacy initiative<\/span><\/strong> \u2014 delivered an awareness session titled “Emirati Etiquette”<\/span><\/strong> at Al-Siyouh Nursery<\/span><\/strong>, as part of the Emirati Etiquette Specialist<\/em> initiative \u2014 a new volunteer-driven effort aimed at promoting authentic Emirati values and national identity.<\/span><\/p>\n

This initiative is part of a new volunteer track<\/span><\/strong> that enables senior citizens and participants in social programs to pass on their cultural and heritage knowledge to younger generations<\/span><\/strong>. Moza is one of many volunteers actively engaged in this initiative, each contributing to the dissemination of traditional Emirati values in various community settings.<\/span><\/p>\n

The program introduced a set of core Emirati customs and positive social behaviors<\/span><\/strong>, such as hospitality etiquette, respect for elders, traditional attire<\/span><\/strong>, and other social norms, delivered in a simple and interactive format tailored to the children\u2019s age group.<\/span><\/p>\n
