On December 7, 2022 a very nice initiative took place in the Information and Educational Center “Senior in Opole”. Children and students from Primary School No. 25 in Opole met to prepare Christmas packages for seniors. The children were very eager to participate in the action, and Christmas gifts were composed of the things they had brought. The students were helped by seniors – volunteers who, due to their age, know best what things seniors need and what gifts would bring them the greatest joy. The prepared gifts were later given to seniors who are friends with SC – these were lone people in advanced age, whose health condition does not allow them to visit the center so often. Packages with Christmas wishes were distributed by volunteers operating at SC.<\/p>\n
