It consists in creating a computer point for residents of Opole (including seniors and people with disabilities) who need help in setting up a trusted profile (electronic ID), submitting applications to offices in various matters, dealing with official matters using e-puap (electronic application form), or when submitting applications using the SOW (support service) system for co-financing funds from PFRON (State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled). A computer emergency service is a response to the needs of residents &#8211; some people need help in the above-mentioned scope. It is assumed that a minimum of 100 people will participate in the project.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the project is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expanding knowledge and awareness about the possibilities of digital submission of applications and dealing with official matters,<\/li>\n<li>Eliminating digital and information barriers in the local environment,<\/li>\n<li>Reducing the sense of fear among people with disabilities about contact with institutions in the local community, increasing their social and digital activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The computer emergency service operates twice a week &#8211; on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Pre-registration is required so that each person in need can make an appointment for a specific time.
