4 th march 2022 marks the beginning of another project \u2013 manual skills workshop. It enables seniors to get acquainted with various ways of handicraft making. The initial event was entirely devoted to mastering the macrame technique which resulted in manufacturing three angel figures. The workshop makes a great opportunity for seniors not only to demonstrate their creativity but also artistic skills. What is more, it facilitates keeping their hands agile. The activities also provide participants with relaxation feeling and have a deep impact on their psyche increasing joy and satisfaction. The workshop curriculum covers art activities as well as handicraft manufacturing with different techniques \u2013 macrame, scrapbooking and \u201ezero waste\u201d.<\/p>\n
