Within the framework of the Housing department of Sharjah they adopt an initiative that support citizen and give them good facilities. The initiative called \u201cEsnad\u201d which aims to give facilities to the citizen who cannot build and benefit from the housing support. One of the main reasons to give them the support which is difficulty in obtaining reasonable price for the implementation. In addition, to other reason such as the beneficiary is not able to directly build and continue to work due their health and social conditions. The Advantage provided by \u201cEsnad\u201d initiative in saving the effort and the hassle of searching for consultants and contractors which serve the Age-friendly initiative in the housing domain. The housing support decision provided the beneficiaries of the initiative various designs for housing that can be implemented with the amount allocated for housing support according to the conditions of the department.<\/p>\n
