Focus areas of the initiative include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Physical and Mental Health<\/li>\n<li>Financial Health<\/li>\n<li>Housing and Safety<\/li>\n<li>Accessibility and Mobility<\/li>\n<li>Support Network<\/li>\n<li>Empowerment and Engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently AFF is in its second year of operation, with early activities including a comprehensive research phase where baseline data was collected across a variety of indicators within the six key focus areas of research of the initiative, followed by an intensive planning phase that included a variety of organizational partners such as healthcare, and other nonprofits, corporate, education, and philanthropic agencies, as well as community members.
