<\/p>\nAs part of the celebration of the month of the elderly, the Municipality of Cartago, held the First Creative Exhibition for Senior Citizens. This exhibition portrayed the work done by the hands of the elderly people of the canton, who attend the Municipal Day Centers and other groups of elderly people. The exhibit included: embroided canvas, weaving, origami, quilting, art made with recycled material, sculptures, still life, canvas painting, oil painting, among others. Older people demonstrated their skills and how much they still have to contribute to our society. This activity was carried out in coordination with Paseo Metropoli Shopping Center.<\/p>\n
En el marco de la celebraci\u00f3n del mes de la persona mayor, la Municipalidad de Cartago, realiz\u00f3 la Primera Exhibici\u00f3n Mayor Creativa. La misma reuni\u00f3 los trabajos realizados por las manos de las personas mayores del cant\u00f3n quienes asisten a los centros diurnos municipales y grupos de personas mayores invitados. Se exhibieron trabajos realizados como bordado, tejido, origami, quilting, material de reciclaje, pasta das, naturaleza muerta, pintura en tela, pintura al \u00f3leo, entre otros. Las personas mayores demostraron sus habilidades y lo mucho que a\u00fan tienen que aportar, a la sociedad cartaginesa. Esta actividad se realiz\u00f3 en coordinaci\u00f3n entre el Centro Comercial Paseo Metropoli y el municipio.<\/p>\n
