Hinari - Enabling the developing world to access health research
The Research4Life User Portals will be undergoing routine server maintenance during the morning Central European time on 29-March-2017. You may experience brief periods of disruption in your access. We apologize for the inconvenience.
A recent regular update to our accounts environment has caused a minor technical fault for a small set of our Hinari passwords. If this has affected your institution’s access, please report it immediately to email@example.com.
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the resources from the following publishers: AAP Red Book, Allen Press, Australasian Medical Publishing Company, CAB Global Health Archive, Cambridge University Press, deGruyter, Lancet, Medicines Complete-BNF.
PubMed has recently moved to secure web communications and this has disrupted the function connecting Hinari while logged-in. For now, we recommend using PubMed/Hinari without logging-in. You will still be able to filter to Hinari titles. After searching, then return to the Hinari portal, log-in and browse there in the A-Z Journals collection for the citations from PubMed. This problem will be resolved later this year when Hinari upgrades its authentication system.
If you encounter a problem with other publishers, please report it using the “Contact us” link at the bottom of this webpage.
